Teacher Opening At Rutgers University

 

The Department of Women’s and Gender Studies at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J., is seeking applications for a non-tenured, one-year renewable position for someone to teach introductory courses in the 2018-19 academic year.
 
Candidates should have a doctorate in women’s and gender studies or a cognate discipline. Courses to be taught include Introduction to Race, Gender and Sexuality; Introduction to Critical Sexuality Studies, and Introduction to Social Justice, Feminist Practices. Some advanced courses, such as Feminist Theory and Comparative Feminisms, may also be taught, if needed.
