An Appeal For Sara Rios     A fund has been established to help defray medical costs for Sara Rios as she deals with the effects of ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s disease. Donations can be made online through youcaring.com.   Rios was director of the Foundation’s Human Rights and Social Justice program before leaving in 2012 to become president of the Ruth Mott Foundation in Flint, Mich.   Notes and letters can be sent to her at 2702 Joelle Drive, Toledo, Ohio 43617.
