Change at the Top at the Foundation
Luis Ubiñas, who has been the Ford Foundation’s president for the last six years, announced this week that he will be leaving in September.
In a message to “the visionary people we support,” he said that “one of the hardest things for a leader to know is when to step down” but that after “a period of profound transformation, both in our society and at the foundation, I recognize that that moment has come for me.”
